Services
We provide routine outdoor dog waste removal in accessible areas. Excludes waste hidden
under debris, snow/ice, tall grass, unsafe or obstructed areas.
Scheduling & Access
Customer must provide unobstructed access during service hours. Locked or blocked yards
may result in a skipped visit at full charge. Two consecutive access issues may result in
catch-up fees.
Dogs
Dogs must be secured away from the service area. Aggressive or loose dogs may result in a
skipped visit at full charge. We are not responsible for escapes unless caused solely by our
gross negligence.
Gates & Liability
We close/latch gates we access. Customer must maintain functioning gates/fences. We are
not liable for escapes or injuries caused by faulty gates or conditions outside our control.
Yard Conditions
We remove visible waste only. Waste missed due to leaves, snow, tall grass, or similar
conditions will be collected once visible. Excessively overgrown or unsafe yards may cause
for a skip.
Weather & Safety
Severe weather or hazards may cause rescheduling. Skipped visits due to weather will be
refunded
Waste Disposal
Waste is double-bagged and placed in the client’s trash.
Sanitation
Tools and footwear are cleaned/disinfected regularly; however, we cannot guarantee the
elimination of all pathogens.
Health & Illness
We are not responsible for illness caused by pathogens present in your yard. Service may be
paused for suspected infectious risk.
Initial Cleanups
Initial/catch-up cleanings billed at $150.
Missed Visits
If the client prevents service, the visit is billed as completed. If we miss a visit, we will
reschedule or refund.
Satisfaction
Any issues with Service or our technicians, please reach out.
Damage & Liability
We are not liable for damage to hidden or improperly installed items (sprinklers, wires, pet
fencing). Liability is capped at the cost of the service visit involved.
Photos
Non-identifying photos may be taken for quality and safety documentation.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer affirms dogs are vaccinated, the yard is safe, and the customer has authority to
allow access.
Billing
Billing is monthly in advance. Service pauses for nonpayment. Price changes require notice.
Fees are nonrefundable.
Cancellation & Pauses
Provide 48 hours’ notice to pause or cancel. Pauses longer than 2 weeks may require a
catch-up cleaning.
Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify the company for claims arising from dog behavior, yard
hazards, access issues, or customer negligence.
