The Owners

We’re a husband-and-wife owned business built on hard work, trust, and a genuine love for animals. As pet owners ourselves, we understand that your animals are family — and we treat them that way. Our goal is simple: deliver elite, dependable service with personal care, attention to detail, and the kind of customer experience we’d want for our own home. When you work with us, you’re not just another client — you’re part of a community we truly care about.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. All tools, and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between every client. Our team follows strict cleaning protocols to maintain a safe, hygienic environment and ensure the highest standard of care.

Dog waste is securely double bagged during each service and placed in the client’s outdoor trash bin for disposal. This approach keeps your property clean while avoiding additional disposal fees, allowing us to keep our service costs lower for our clients.

In situations where your outdoor trash bin is not accessible, the securely double bagged waste will be placed in a location we’ve agreed on ahead of time. This ensures your yard stays clean and your service remains consistent, even when access to the bin is limited.

Clear communication is part of every visit. You’ll receive a message—based on the notification preferences you selected during onboarding—when your technician is on the way to your property. After the service is completed, we send a photo confirming that your gate has been securely closed. These updates provide peace of mind and ensure you always know when your yard has been serviced.

Billing is processed at the beginning of each service month. Payment must be received before your scheduled yard service. If a payment does not go through, service will be paused until the balance is resolved. This ensures consistent scheduling and helps us keep operations running smoothly.

Our team’s safety and the quality of your service are top priorities. We do not send technicians out during severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, storms, or dangerously low temperatures. When weather makes it unsafe or impractical to complete a thorough cleaning, service will be skipped until conditions improve and we reschedule.
